In this case, I don't think you can actually put a description in the command
line. It seems as though your syntax is wrong..

Try this:

htick -c /sbbs/binkd/husky.cfg hatch /sbbs/whispnet/WHISPNET.zip desc {at}DIZ

That option basically pulls the file_id.diz out of the zip file and makes it
the description.

You may even want to add the replace option in there, so that it will always
overwrite (since the filename will never change).
