DS> What is the distinction between "deleted" and "burned"?
Deleted means the robot marked the echo tag for deletion.
If a moderator had done so, then it would have read:
SOME_TAG was deleted by Some_Moderator
The burned line simply says the that the deleted echotag was
purged from the database.
