Historically, the FTSC has not done so.  Any documents published by the FTSC 
are posted on the ftsc.org website, as well as being hatched in the FTSC 
fileecho.

If the FidoNet community feels that such a report would be useful, I'm sure 
that we can come up with something going forward.
