Bummer...  No, we're doing things around Rochester, with today and
Saturday closer to or in Newark (NY)... focusing on being with Burt and
Shirley...  Last night was in Rochester at Taste of Japan, and midday
today we are seeing sights around the Genesee River (falls, roses, etc)
before heading to Sodus for BBQ at Bad to the Bone, and thence to Newark
to join the Fords for a baseball game there....  Tomorrow we have our
"picnic day" using my church's facilities... Saturday, we'll be spending
the day/evening at Fords doing leftovers and grilling stuff...  Sunday
is still somewhat nebulous... probably doing something as a goodbye...

Fords had volunteered to be hosts at one point, and then thought better
of that.. so I became the de facto host... Just as well, though, as
Shirley has had some sort of medical event that had her in the hospital
for part of the weekend.  She's home now, but they aren't going to be as
involved in things as they'd thought before they could be...  I think
we're dubbing this picnic the Flexible Fest, as things keep shifting as
we go...  ;)  Our primary objective was to make it possible for Fords to
be a part of things, we're still managing to keep that happening... :)
