I used netmgr years ago when squish was my tosser on OS/2. Some netmail
wasn't being deleted (or attaches, especially IBBS game files) I think
becuase they used a flags kludge that squish didn't know about.
It was the configuaration from hell but it kept my outbound clean.. :)
After a while I switched to CFRoute and it did what I needed more simply.
