Yuo guys jsut reminded me of a capability I have lost with age. And that
like you a precise internal clock. Iy  I set my ming to wake up form va
nap in a specificed number of minutes it happened pertty close to what
i wanted.
Now days if I lay down I am out until my bladder sait time for a
bathroom break!!  :-)
