Yes, It will run with a 14.4 modem. *ALL* version of Telix have
always been able to. When you select the speed you are NOT
selecting the modem speed but the port speed. With a high speed
modem that has compression you will want a port speed that is
higher then the modem speed. 14.4k is not a legal port speed and
because of what I just told you, you would not want it anyway.
