Hi Abb:
Is this really a question of old and new?  "New" Access 97 does not read 
"old" VFP3 files, then.  Come to think of it, does "new" VFP5 read "old" 
Access 2 files?  Not that I need to, but surely someone might.  As a systems 
integrator,I find M$ a bit lacking in the "connectivity" they keep touting.
But aside from that, Mrs. Kennedy, how was your stay in Dallas?
