It appears that intellect and ability to think critically don't enter into
it much at all. All one has to do is look at the work of Werner von Braun.
There is no doubt in my mind that he was a great intellect and could think
analytically. Yet he worked within a system where he *saw* slave labor, and
quite possibly saw people killed.

First, please understand I don't give Juan Miguel Gonzalez credit for a
great mind. He has answered questions about this topic for the American
press. He may just be responding to Cuban propoganda about this country,
but from what I heard he made a case.
