No it's not... I know someone who worked for Clark that has a copy of
it.  Even though the bank the foreclosed on Clark destroyed all the
intellectual property due to the fact of it's "Obsolescance" this person
had planned on recoding it into a more modern base code and releasing it
as something else.

This person has long left the BBS scene (and quite honestly may be dead
as he was older).  I have no idea how to contact them anymore.
