Strictly speaking, OS2 comm apps do not require the use of a FOSSIL. That 
said, Ray Gwinn's SIO comm driver for OS2 supports rates as high as 
921,600bps, and offers support for DOS applications running under OS2 that 
require FOSSIL support via its VX00 adjunct.
