Part of our collective problem is converting them back and forth 
to measurments we are familiar with.  But, the pound and ounces 
one is a real pain for even basic math in this country.

On a general basis, I would say 21:00 for the girl and 20:00 for 
the boy.  You could allow 22:00 for the girl on special occasions, but 
only for nights in which there is no school the next day.
