I didn't receive Mike's original message.

The DLL was not distributed, is not required, and is not used, in the
Msged/NT 4.2 beta 2 archive.  Any error messages in relation to memory
usage in beta 2 are unrelated to the DLL.  Aside, if there is a specific
problem you know of in Msged/NT that I haven't acknowledged, please let me
know.
