Hi All!

Recently I've set up elebbs (0.10.rc1/w32), and found out 2 bugs.
1. A bug with russian 'p' (this symbol wasn't displayed)
2. File transfer bug

I have solved the first one by adding some pascal dll to my libpath.
But I don't know how to solve the second one.
Here is a description:
This bug appears when user wants to download a file from BBS. He starts
transfer and BBS takes him offline. when I looked at log there was a
message: "unable to initialize modem".
I've posted something like a bug report to the elebbs mailing list, but
there was no definite answer.
