JP> Nancy, good snowy morning to you.

And a good snowy evening back to you... ;)

JP> Yes, you got this right. I was "pushed" into U'u and TB as a
JP> challenge from some jokers on the Win95 echo. They claimed that I was
JP> reluctant to move on account of old age. Ha ! These guys ought to know
 JP> that I am a young 76 still, for another 6 months.

I think you should push back... now that you've proved you can do it.
As Dan said, BW would work with Ubuntu, so you wouldn't need to do it by
newsreader... :) It's not a case of too old to learn new tricks, just a
case of old enough to know what's good when you see it...

JP> It is amazing to see the performance of U'u, open source. These

Sounds like that would be a keeper then. :)

JP> programmers are top notch, I take my hat off to them, it is so beyond
JP> me, I started in this too late, if only I were 16 again ! ! I did get a
JP> PRG going on the C=, doing trigonometric navigation/star problems, it
JP> worked. I am now trying to translate this into an Excel format. I have
JP> to go back to school as it works in radians. Oh, what fun !

Keeps your mind young. Then, in 6 months, you'll be a very young
77... ;)

JP> To your man Richard and you, my most sincere best wishes for the
JP> Christmas season. Thanks a mega for your succour over the years.

C'est ne fait rien... ;) And may you and yours have a blessed
Christmas, too. Are you having family come to visit or are you going
off to visit them? Or will you just have a quiet Christmas by
yourselves...? We'll be going to my sister's for a family get-together
this Saturday, after the big day... The day itself, I expect we'll be
having a quiet day at home... :)
