   You'd be better off finding a breeer in your area (there is
probably a bird club in your nearest city that could give you breeders
names), that raises the color you want.  Most all breeders now hand
feed their Cockatiels, so they are tame and like people (some, to the
point of being a pain in the ass).  That way, you will have the best
of both worlds.
