Interesting..  I have a Novell server which abends every so often;  and,
I have a 2842 controller installed.  Of course,  since it's working now
I wouldn't want to shut down the server...  But,  fall is here,  which
means the air conditioner gets unplugged till spring - so the server
power supply can be re-routed to the local AC outlet.
What is Adaptec's policy on replacing the 2842VL with a 2842A??
