G'Day Paul,

System() only returns success or failure for running the other app.
Spawn() has the option to grab the program's exit code. That's why i
favor it in my own proggies.
I don't see any big difference between the two memory wise, except
that system() starts a new instance of COMSPEC, spawn() if it does,
it doesn't show up in mem/c and gains 3-4 Ks over system().

System() should be ok, i ran anything within memory bounds without
problems.
But being BBS programs, don't you need to know those exit codes ??
OTOH there is always the logs but..hm...
PE> Oh, I'm also intending that this same program be used under
PE> Linux, so that I can boot my system under Linux or OS/2,
Not a clue.
Can you run Linux out of OS/2 btw ?
