Have

Pray, show me *how* I should fill in the critical fields, i.e. name, userID,
phone, email adress and so on to gain access to the download aera! And no, I
have Cookies enabled for ALL sites, blowing your theory to kingdom come! By
the way, I've changed NS/2 so it won't communicator/2 to

I have tried literally EVERYTHING. but I'm always refused access with an
access code #53, #54 or #57. For example, HOW do i enter a CORRECT
international telephone number that will be accepted by IBM? I've tried both
+46-60-500xxx and 46-60-500xxxx but no one of these were accepted as

I'm completely stymied - if this is a piece of IMB:s so-called custom-friendly
policy, I can only hope that M$ will crush IBM utterly. If IBM:s release code
of NS/2 4.61 is shipped with this dumb download constraints, then I'll switch
to Communicator 4.61/win31, or Opera for that matter, as long as I can go away
from this IBM crappy software as soon as possible.

A last-ditch prayer: Can *someone* outside US show me ECACTLY what a VALID
international telephone number & an international should be constructed so
that non-US telephone customer can access the download sites?
