  A school district in Texas had part of their "Christmas
pageant" affected, because folks were offended by the "redneck
Santa with his Dixie (read that Confederate) flag full of toys". And,
from what I saw on the news story, it was a white woman who was raising a
fit about the song in the first place!!

  To me, "the separation of church and state" is that "the
church doesn't run the government...and the government doesn't run the
church". However, they will have that in an evil form during "the
time of Jacob's Trouble"...then in the true, righteous form during the
Millenial Reign of Christ...then in eternity afterward.

  They're also wanting "freedom of religion"...when it really
should be called "freedom from religion". The old Saducee type
philosophy...there is no life after death, and no accountability for ones
actions (they are sad, you see...pun intended). These will get their
"Freedom From Religion" one day...and have it forever in the Lake
Of Fire. I even heard someone refer to the American Civil Liberties Union
(the A.C.L.U.) as "the Anti-Christian Liberals United".

  Christ and the writers of the New Testament told of this "falling
away" (the great apostasy) just before His Return...and I'm reminded
of the Scripture where it says "when you see these things, look
up...for your redemption draws near".
