What Novell calls "Ethernet II" corresponds to the original XNS
specification, which antedates all of the IEEE 802 family of standards.
What Novell calls "Ethernet 802.3" frame type isn't really a frame type: it
is the absence of any logical link control protocol at all, with the raw data
just dumped onto the Ethernet wire.
