Dale, good morning to you, even shipwrecked ! DS> I believe that Ubuntu is a flavor of Linux. If so, then you could still DS> run BW. My travel computer (ASUS EeePC) has linux on it and I run DS> Bluewave inside of a DOSBOX. Works quite well, albeit slightly DS> different. U'u is the most used version of Linux, or so I am told. It runs nice when finally setup but I have had my runs of bad luck with it. Me or it ??? DS> I take it that you are using NNTP on Ross' Eastern Star. Pretty good DS> choice. I got pushed onto NNTP too by the same gang of die hards on W95. I still do not know if this was a good thing. They were claiming that I was into a RTC group. The challenge was picked up and vanquished. Let me thank you for all these years of help in BW, thanks to you (and Richard later) , I was able to keep reading the various echoes on the net. I wish that I could redeem all your efforts, my thanks are here. --- Thunderbird 2.0.0.17 (Windows/20080914)* Origin: Fidonet Via Newsreader - http://www.easternstar.info (1:123/789.0) SEEN-BY: 10/1 3 14/250 18/200 34/999 120/228 123/500 140/1 222/2 226/0 236/150 SEEN-BY: 249/303 250/306 261/20 38 100 1381 1404 1406 1410 1418 266/1413 SEEN-BY: 280/1027 320/119 396/45 633/104 260 267 285 690/682 734 712/848 SEEN-BY: 800/432 801/161 189 2222/700 2320/100 2905/0 @PATH: 123/789 500 261/38 633/260 267 |
