fts maybe stand for fidonet technology standard. That's the protocol the
ftn are working with. ftn, fidonet technology network.
The fts is published by the ftsc, the fts commitee.

The fts is the file FTSALL.ZIP in the fileecho FTSC. Sorry, i can't offer
