G'day Peter,
Thanks for the reply & sorry for the delay in answering your MSG.
Any info you can send my way would be of use as I have no doc.s
for it . It was bought at the Gosford Ametuer Radio field day as a
"as is" item.....with a power supply fault.I fixed the power supply
up & built a charger / external supply & found the original battery
pack was still in perfect nic. After fiddling around I have made up
a set of standard boot disks plus some programs ,but need info for
the video o/p , port arangement , any tricks that it has built in
        plus general opperation.
I am going to chase NEC. tech. department for info but due to the
vintage I don't hold a lot of hope they would be able to help.
The reason for the resurection job is that I can't justify buying a
laptop that may be better & more expensive than my main pc.I am also
a cheap bastard & electronics tech. who can get the electronics
working if I have an idea what it is meant to do.If I don't ,I won't
have lost too much in the deal......
Regards Ian W. :{) Newcastle Oz.
