For send it's

hpt scan -f /var/spool/flags/golded/echoscan.log
hpt pack -a NETMAIL

only. The binkd daemon will find the resulting files and send them out at next.

I'm not sure if binkd makes a difference between flo and clo. That is
normal and crash flavor on POTS binkleyterm mailer which have a complex
call sheduling system to call out in cheaper phone call hours. No longer
needed for flatrated 24/7 binkd nodes.
