I did Mention the subject line to James so I think he is looking into that
and has made some changes already, I don't know if he is done with it now or
not.

Mystic is a classic BBS. If I'm not mistaken (and I might be) James is
working hard now to release a good stable version of 1.12 and will then move
on to Mystic 2. Mystic 2 is going to go places a BBS has not gone before.
