Well at least one of the licensees in Canada for PCS is Bell
Mobility Cellular and they seem to envision PCS as something you
use while standing still within 50 feet of a sign indicating pcs
works here.
Yes it seems they don't want it to compete with their cellular
network for mobile operation but we shall see just how it works
when they actually start offering the service.
