No less an authority than the federal government {altho one wonders
sometimes (-8 } in the guise of the social security administration
recognizes that mental illness is a disability. Many are eligible
for SSDI payments. Adults with Bi-polar disorder are among those
eligible to receive these payments. There are a lot of hoops to jump
thru but that safety net is there for those folks.
