i think its something up there around hugh's area... either his system or
something very close by unless its a manual thing... i know that he posts all
those articles manually even though several automated means have been offered to
him... the main thing automation would do is to get the articles out in a timely
fashion while the data in them is still relevent... the last batch of articles
to arrive from up that way arrived something like 4 or 5 months after no traffic
and came in in a group of some 400+ or so messages... one of the top level hubs
trapped them thinking that they were a regurgutation until i pointed out the
history and the dates... that hub then released them all into the message stream
and passed them on to his downlinks... that was the last flow of messages and
none have been seen since then...
