Hm,  would this be it by any chance?

DSKXTR12.ZIP  142496 07-06-98  [    ] The DSKXTRCT and DSKCOMPR programs work
                               with DSK diskette image files associated with
                               the IBM programs, SAVEDSKF and LOADDSKF.

Looks like I had it here all along...!    :-)
