I didn't set up the network initially, but I've been taking care of it 
since shortly after it was stood up, and I did add the 3rd and 4th 
drives myself (about 2 years apart), both on a secondary controller. 
Nothing special required, I did have to add another instance of the IDE 
driver to setup the secondary controller, but that was the only boot 
configuration change involved. Other than that, I simply hooked it up, 
loaded install from the server prompt, and added the additional volume. 
Then, of course, I added mappings to the new volume within the system 
login script to make use of it. Piece of cake, actually, and my netware 
knowledge comes solely from the experience of managing this network and 
the purchase of the book, Using Netware 3.12.
