  approximately 17Mhz and will not lock. On bands 15 - 10 meters the =
display=20
  will cycle at approximately 33Mhz and will not lock. When I key the radio up in CW mode, the output seems fine 100 =
watts+ on=20
  all bands. I'm not sure exactly where to check voltages but on the =
bottom of=20
  the parent boad, the +10v seems OK. The +5v also seems OK.  There =
is also=20
  a +10T and a +10R which are both close to 0V. Not sure where to go =
next with=20
  this.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in=20
