Having now obtained a copy of 4.20b3, I have a number of observations. 
When using the Win95/NT version, keys do funny things.  For example, the
"delete" key exits me from the program.  This was not a problem
with b2.

The 32bit DOS version looked promising until I was told that the program
had performed an illegal action.  However, the 16 bit DOS version looks
pretty good.

Note that I'm running under Win95 on a stable system with lots of RAM.
