Yes, I've used Partition Magic; note that it doesn't do backups... but 
since it does non-destructive partition changes (including from FAT 16 to 
FAT 32 on Win95B systems), you MAY want to trust it without a backup.
Note that even w. Partition Magic, there is some risk involved-- you're 
always taking a chance working without a current backup.
