Lost that one. Jeeze, when you go into a English Pub, although in New York, you
don't cook Fish and Chips with Mexican chilies as part of the crust. :) You got
a clue when the first judge said "Takes me back to my days in
England," as he
was tasting the experts stuff.

Lost again, and for the same reason - too much spice in the sauces. Bobby is
known for his Tex-Mex flavorings, but in some cases he should give up on them.
These two are good examples. While they liked the difference in taste, the
judges tended to compare the 'traditional' prep rather than some new flavored
thing.

Another thing I note is anytime he is cooking where you use a crust, he tends
to use white flour and rice flour as a mix? Then he often tosses in something
to give it a kick, chili powder or whatever.

What is a "Iron Chef." Is it a title, a award like a black belt
in Judo, just
what? I note that program follows the throw downs and Bobby is "Iron
Chef,"
and seems to be another challenge type thing.
