Yeah, but as the judges say Japanese food has to appeal to all the senses,
hence it must also look good and his rolls were ugly! :)

Being in CA almost all the places have a veggie roll of some type - then the
various fish things too.

Oh, I found out sushi means vinegered rice.  :)  (You probably knew that?)  :)

Seems that preparing the rice is a key factor in good sushi, even more so than
the inserted food you use.

Bobby was a bit short on his rice prep too - in other words the guy was shot
down right out of the chute.  :)  But ya got to give him credit for trying - he
has no fear on some of these throw downs.
