Grin, that's a big part of it in Japan. They generally make'em where you can
watch.

Yup, it's both a type of rice (a sweet short grain) and the prep method as
well as the right vinegar and sweetner mixes. As you can guess, it can't be
done with minute rice or any long grain non-stuicky sort.

Killer bad when it's sushi!
They had one last night with blue berry pancakes and he won, but I think that
time the other fellows were better.
