subject: area management magic

Hello Michael!

Folowing deletes the echo:
  hpt afix ~
but only if AKA is subscribed to the echo. And no unsubscribe command is
sent to that AKA. All other subscribed AKAs with unsubscribeOnAreaDelete
set receive a notification and a unsubscribe netmail for their areafix.

I suggest to modify areafix to check if the given AKA matches the node's
own AKA and then bypass the subscription check, i.e. simply process the
delete command.

Regards,
Markus
