I'm surprised to hear this Richard. I spoke with someone on the phone, had 
the applications FAX's to me, and the account was active in less than 4 day's 
time. This was for a home based business, not a storefront.
Service since then has been superior.

.. and you're right about the fees... much less than a lot of banks charge, 
and certainly less than the other merchant account providers.
