Pine's cursor movement keys are different from VT-100, but your
provider may have changed the key binds to VT-100 style.  I
remember writing a PINE.MAC of my own before Fred started
bundling it with {Commo}.  Shortly afterward, my provider
changed the emulation to VT-100 and I didn't need the PINE.MAC
any more.
