can/will hpt use the echomail.jam and netmail.jam files to export newly
written messages instead of scanning the entire message base?

i've only found mention of echotoss.log but my editor doesn't create that
for JAM areas... it creates the echomail.jam and netmail.jam files which
list the full path to the message area and the specific message number to
scan out and send on to other linked systems...
