Hello everybody.

When I try to start up Max locally does it just not do anything other then
write int the max.log "can't open \max\user (2)"

An i can't see where this is shown in the ctl files and it is, I running by
a win32 maximus on a windows 2000 Nt mashine.
Where I too could like to sat max up and running by call by telnet us so it
can be used here.
