Short lived Japan show where international really well known chefs would do a
cookoff with a hidden ingredient.  Unlike USA one, they apparently really
didnt know waht would be the one used and it would be something neither
contender (normally unless an accident) was that familiar with.

I used to watch them in Japan then later they added subtitles so I could
follw it, and later yet, you got reruns with a translator.

For a *Japanese* game show, very upscale.  You'd have to see their regular
stuff to make sense of that.
