Thats the popular sort brought to the USA. Regular housewives make 'hand
sushi' most of the time.
You just take sushi rice (medium or short, bit of sweet vinegar and bit of
sugar) and flatten in your palm then add stuff to the center and wrap your
hand around it to seal. May wrap almost 'diaper style' with a bit of nori.
