Is this a steady thing or more or less contract work as need arises?

My #3 DIL does this contract stuff for a DNA research group.  She has a degree
in biology, mostly diseases of the blood, so she is often contacted to
reasearch some thing or another along this line.

Just got a offer to be project manager on some larger reasearch project - looks
good as it pays 65 bucks a hour and she is to work 30 hours a week on this.

More money/hr than I ever made in the phone company. :)
