No its not. Since the question of just what constitutes obnoxious, rude,
and insulting behavior subject to considerable range of interpretation
among different people if we do not recognize the right to be obnoxious,
rude, and insulting then it becomes up to whoever has power to choose when
to shut up people by calling them rude, insulting, etc.
