 I'm currently coordinating a huge PHP project, using PHPWebCore 
(www.phpwebcore.com, which was designed specifically for this project) to 
re-do the www.unitedadmins.com website. (a community of Game Server admins)

I wouldn't say I'm fluent in PHP .. but I have a very good grasp of it.
