  My-oh-my! Public groups! I would never spend my time with some public
groups. There are some public groups, in the block, in a bus, in the subway
at the same time. And nobody will make three or four subways or bus types
for every group. In every house there are normal people who don't drink and
don't bother neighbours and there are that drinkers. So, the house with 300
flats, or my district with 100 000 people is my public group? If a go down
to the subway, so that should mean i join my public group? Those are
side-by-side public groups who spoil our life.
