Sure, that one isn't from S.Carolina :)

As it looks from node's location - it isn't a Georgian-located node but a node
operated by an etnic Georgian sysop somewhere outside Georgia (Kurgan). I'm
still not sure whether it is Russia or Kazakhstan (not too strong in geography,
and a map isn't near me. Kurgan may be somewhere in Northern Kazakhstan, not
far from Russian southern border).
