Nope...obviously, it's entirely possible, and with little trouble, or no one 
would be doing it. :)

Do you have a 16550AFN UART? Give us some more info..what settings do you 
have BNU set at? Is it possible you still have it locked at 19200 or 
something? That would cause problems there... with the sketchy info you gave, 
it's pretty much impossible to diagnose.
